Please check as following:
1. After success payment, our payment processing merchant will send you a confirmation (email notification) that contains a license key, for example, ABC123456.
If you typed a wrong email address while making the purchase it makes a failed delivery. Please contact us to get the license key again.
When you have a license key, please follow the instruction for 'How to apply a license', or ask our team to do manually for you.
2. In some cases, you can receive an email from the bank for confirmation but the payment status is still pending. Some of our processing merchant companies will call you to make sure it is your card - for example, the wrong ZIP code/postcode, the wrong address, incorrect full name.
Contact us if you meet this case, we will give you a specific reason and then you can fix yourself.
3. Sometimes you must wait for 1 to 2 hours for banking processing.
